We are the Newark Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This will be a figure of eight walk around East Bridgford and the surrounding area, with a coffee stop (with benches) located near to the starting point for the walk. There is therefore the option of a shorter walk (approximately 2.8 miles) for anyone who wishes to do just the first loop. Some mud and water are to be expected at this time of year, but there are no cross field paths, so there should not be a problem with negotiating the route in waterproof footwear. A picnic lunch stop is available at the end of the walk if anyone would like this.
