Overview

A very pleasant level walk, along field edges, riverside and coastal paths. We skirt the wide Tyne estuary and finish along the high Dunbar cliffs. There are steps at the end, but they can be avoided, if wished. Bring a packed lunch. If time allows we will go to a Dunbar café at the end of the walk.

Details: Meet at Edinburgh Waverley to catch the 9.08 train to East Linton. Return will be by train from Dunbar.
