Description: walking beside disused old Thoresby Colliery rail track, then along good paths towards Rufford Country Park, walking around the lake with coffee in the courtyard where there are cafes and toilets. Leaving park then following Robin Hood Way back towards Edwinstowe, until we reach a footpath beside the river Maun which leads to Mill Lane and then back to start. Good views, good underfoot, no stiles, and no wild animals.
