We are the Uttlesford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Our walk takes us from Felsted close to Little Dunmow before taking in Barnston Church and making our way to North END. Then we go across the fields to Ford END before joining the river path to Hartford END, past the site of the old Ridley's brewery. A short road section takes us to the The Compasses pub at Littley Green where we are going to stop for lunch. After lunch we return to Felsted via the Causeway and Lees Priory, passing close to Causeway END.
The morning walk is about 6 miles, with 4 in the afternoon. If anyone wishes to just do morning or afternoon you can book the Digibus to take you to or collect you from the pub. It's free if you have a bus pass and can be booked online.

Meet in the carpark next to the shop in Station Road, Felsted, CM6 3DG. Additional parking is available in Station Road or Bury Fields nearby. If you are intending to have lunch at The Compasses, Littley Green, please arrive in time to pre order before we set off at 10.
