Morning Walk from Castle Hedingham

A morning walk of about 5.5 miles starting from the Bell Inn, Castle Hedingham. The route goes south towards Sible Hedingham, past Alderford Mill and then after following the riverside path goes on a loop to the north returning with good views of the Castle.
