This is a 10 mile moderate walk starting at Forest Cottages Plantation, Clumber Park, visiting Hardwick Village, River Poulter and Clumber Lake. We will cross two river fords with footbridges.
Please contact the Leader to let them know that you are coming on the walk. Please leave your name, contact telephone number and email address. Please also state whether you intend going to the designated meeting place or directly to the start of the walk. This will help ensure that you are not left behind. This should not be regarded as "booking a place".
If you later find that you cannot come on the walk, please notify the Leader as soon as possible in order that the group is not waiting for you to arrive on the day.
There will be a refreshment stop and a lunch break, so bring a drink, snack and picnic lunch.

Forest Cottages Plantation, Clumber Park. Enter Clumber Park from the B6034, just before College Pines Golf Club on the right. Forest Cottages Plantation is ca 2 km East of the junction.
