Overview

From Everard's  meadow we will walk to the canal and follow this towards Leicester passing Kings lock and stopping for coffee at the old Aylestone Packhorse bridge.  We return via the great central railway track passing woodland, fields and nature reserves.  We continue to Gee lock where we rejoin the towpath to return to the cars.

Please let Anita know you are coming 07907687666

Please note the tow path is likely to be muddy in places, 2-3 stiles
