Overview

From the garden centre car park we cross the fields to join the National Forest Way. An undulating path leads us gently up hill through fields and forest. Be prepared for mud if the wet weather continues. After a couple more miles we cross a rough field to join a well made path winding through Lount Woods for an easy return walk back to the car park. There are 3 stiles to climb and lots of kissing gates. We’ll probably see sheep and hopefully some lambs.
