9 mile circular walk from Farnborough Village to Cudham then Single Street, Luxted, Downe and back to Farnborough Village, taking in part of High Elms Country Park and several picturesque woods and fields with a few steep uphill / downhills as we criss-cross local valleys. Bring a picnic lunch for midway and we’ll probably also stop for refreshments at one of the two pubs and a cafe in Downe on the way back.
If it’s sunny, survivors will be welcome in Julian’s garden in FV for tea, coffee and ice cream afterwards. Any questions, contact julian.childs@gmail.com or 07973 258721.

This area is inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone so consider car-sharing if your jalopy isn’t ULEZ compliant. Alternatively, the frequent 358 Bus service stops near the start/finish point as it runs between Orpington and Bromley South rail stations (then continues via Beckenham to Crystal Palace).
