Overview

The route starts at Bookham Common taking in sections of the river Mole, Norbury Park, Polesden Lacey, Effingham & back to Bookham Common.

We will walk at a moderate pace. There may be some muddy patches at the beginning, depending on the weather between now and the 2nd. The walk is mainly flat with a bit of uphill in the afternoon.

We will stop for a picnic lunch by the river Mole at Leatherhead with the option for a beer and buying a sandwich in the town centre.

Meet at the National Trust Car Park, Bookham Commons - Tunnel Car Park
If the carpark is full, Bookham Station car park is just down the road £1.80 All Day.
