Overview

At 1,519 feet above sea level Flash is the highest village in the United Kingdom. It is the main village in Quarnford Parish. The Parish forms the Staffordshire corner of Three Shire Heads which is marked by a packhorse bridge on the River Dane where Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire meet. Joint walk with Sandwell Ramblers and Walsall Ramblers.
