London walk following the path of the River Fleet, including visits along the way to St Brides Church, John Soanes’ House and/or the Hunterian Museum at Lincoln's Inn Fields picnic lunch stop. Along the way are many historic and interesting points, including St Pancras Old Church, the Regents Canal, Camden Lock and Market, Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill before reaching the source.
So as to enjoy these sites, the pace will be fairly leisurely during the first 4 miles, following which there are possible drop off points, the full walk being around 10 miles, so purchase of a Travelcard recommended. Bring picnic lunch, snacks and drinks.
Trainers or walking shoes may be preferred to heavy walking boots as mostly pavement walking until Hampstead Heath (last mile or so).
