Meet at 10.15am to allow you time to purchase tickets for the short steam engine ride to Killington Lane at 10.45am. Return £8 (if not walking back to Woody Bay Station) or single £5.
From Killington the walk descends to Parracombe for a leisurely walk around the village. one downhill and one uphill, 3 stiles and return to Killington. From here either walk back to Woody bay station car park or catch the train back!
There is also one small stream to cross. Walk could therefore be muddy and slippery. Poles recommended.
Refreshments available at the station.
Walk is 5 miles if walking back from Killington, or 3.5 miles if taking the train back.
