From Gargrave we follow the Pennine way to East Marton, where we have our first visit to the Canal. From here we head through East Marton to reach Ingthorpe Grange. From Here we head towards Newton Hall where we rejoin the Canal, which we to lead us back to Gargrave.
(Note Shorts will be ok no large nettles.)
