Overview

A moderate walk starting and finishing at the historic 11th century Goodrich Castle on the Herefordshire / Welsh Border. We walk through woodland then descend into the picturesque Wye Valley. We then follow the banks of the river passing Welsh Bicknor Youth Hostel before climbing Coppet Hill, giving fine views across to the Welsh Mountains and then descending to Goodrich where there is a nice cafe.
