Overview

The walk passes through fields and woodland and along lanes and the Ashby canal towpath. It links the villages of Shackerstone, Odstone, Barton in the Beans, Congerstone and Bilstone which were once part of the Gopsall Estate and visits the ruins of Gopsall Temple.
