Grange to Arnside- the long way! 17 miles hard.

We will take the train from Arnside to  Grange and walk back up the estuary  and around to  Arnside. The walk takes in the picturesque Kent Estuary. The walk is flat and is a mix of soft tracks and cycle ways with hard surface. Walking trainers will be suitable. Please bring lots of food and water with you  to last  the full day.  We will visit Arnside Chippy once we return as a reward for a long walk! The walk is graded hard due to  distance.

Please note that  we will be catching the training approx £4 across the Grange. We will not be waiting for anyone as this is  long full walk so  please be prompt.
