Meet in Stafford at 0515 the 0538 train from Stafford station to Windermere and onward by bus to Grassmere for 0930 start.

Good but cooler weather forecast so enjoy a little Autumn in the Lakes. Meet at long stay CP, Sainsburys in Stafford at 05.15. Obtain a return ticket 05.38 from Stafford to Windermere and 19.48 return from Windermere to Stafford. All for the bargain price of £16.90 with a senior railcard.
