A 5.75 mile circular walk from the Flask Inn, at Grouse Hill, just off the A170 Scarborough - Whitby road.
The walk takes inland initially towards Grouse Hill before turning towards the coast passing through Burn Howe Dale and across the A170 We then take a track over the moor, circling back through woods and farmland before returning to the Flask Inn. Varied views of moors, woodland and farmland with glimpses across to Robin Hood's bay. Relatively flat with total height gain of around 800 ft, we will pause for a snack and lunch along the way.
