Overview

Walking mainly through mossy conifer forests along good, wide, gravelly tracks with a short path with an unmade uneven surface where one can expect some mud, rocks and tree roots. Largely sheltered from wind. The initial uphill is on a graded forest track and will not be done at a fast pace. There will be a short stop at a mine. Coffee stop at Llyn y Sarnau with fine views looking south towards Moel Siabod. Lunch at Llyn y Parc. Fine vistas of the Conwy Valley and Market town of Llanwryst descending back down Lady Mary's walk and past the Tudor Bowling Green.
