We are the Solihull Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A pleasant walk from Habberley Nature Reserve to Arley then back along the River Severn to Bewdley then back up to Habberley. Some hills but nothing strenuous. We will pass a Grand Designs house and may see a steam train. After recnt rain it may be muddy in places and possible long wet vegetation.
Car sharing is available by meeting at Lady Byron Lane, Knowle (Old Warwick Road) Solihull B93 9AG (near J5 of the M42) for a departure time of 08.50am. Lifts are subject to availability. This is a round trip of approx. 67miles and a voluntary donation of £8 is considered to be a reasonable contribution towards the costs incurred by the driver.
Please bring lunch. There will be a stop in Bewdley in the afternoon for ice-cream or a pint.
