We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We head NW following paths, tracks and lanes from Hampstead Norreys, going under A34 to turn SW and pass to the west of Beedon & World's End. We continue on, skirting the edge of Hermitage before turning N to return to Hampstead Norreys. The going is generally good, although soft to wet in wooded areas and in one or two fields. There are 3 stiles in reasonable/good condition and some short sections of boardwalk. Some stretches of the walk, although not high up, are quite exposed to the elements.
Bring sufficient food and drink for the day.
The walk is limited to 18 walkers, please book using the booking form.
Please park in the car park by the village Hall in Hampstead Norreys or considerately in the village.
