Our Thursday AMBLES with John, offer a more relaxed walk, shorter and less demanding, sometimes using a bus or train. We aim for walks of 2.5-3.5 miles and the pace will be adjusted to one that suits those who turn up. Coffee break included. Bring a friend. Use a bus pass after 0930 if you have one: otherwise fares are capped at £2 until October
