Starting from the Mill End Car park, we walk towards Hambleden but after a short while we cross the road and ascend a small hill. We go around the hill and the descend to Greenlands where we cross the main road and follow the foot path alongside the road. After a few hundred yards we take a footpath which takes us along the north bank of the Thames. On the edge of Henley we have to come away from the Thames and follow the foot path into Henley. Here we cross to the south bank and make our way back to Hambleden lock and hence to the start.
A pleasant walk along the river, which is mainly flat and with no styles. No dogs please.
