Bill and Lyn are leading a 10 miles circular walk from the historic Warwickshire market town of Henley-in-Arden on 22nd March (Sunday) 2026. OS MAP 220
A short stop will be made during the walk at three churches of interest. Starting at the medieval St John the Baptist in Henley-in-Arden, we will make our way south to Wootton Wawen to visit St Peter’s – the oldest church in Warwickshire. From there we will head northeast along the Stratford-upon-Avon canal to Preston Bagot where we will find the All-Saints church of Norman origins and serving one of Warwickshire’s smallest parishes. From there we will return to Henley-in-Arden via the Beaudesert Castle Mount.
There will be a pub stop at the end of the walk on our return to Henley-in-Arden
