Overview

Leaders: Nikki & Ian Wroe

A hilly walk in the southern end of the Quantocks with some spectacular views given a clear day. The route passes through varied woodlands, estate lands and high moorland using paths, forest tracks and ancient lanes which can be rough, rocky and muddy.

We will visit Aisholt church, Round Hill ancient settlement, the disused Quantocks School with its fine dovecote, St David's Well, the Triscombe Stone and Wills Neck, the highest point on the Quantocks.
