A circular walk of about four and a half miles. Discover some of the treasures of Deptford and its riverside, along the Thames Path past the site of the historic Deptford Dockyard and Victualling Yard to the South Dock, London's largest working marina, a stretch of the former Grand Surrey Canal and two much-loved local parks, Deptford Park and Folkestone Gardens. Should finish by about 13.30 back at New Cross station. A joint walk with Blackheath Ramblers.
