Overview

Strictly speaking, this is the first section of the London Loop, but since we started at Section 8, it represents 2/3 of the way through for us! We’ll be following three rivers in quick succession - Thames, Darent and Cray, along firm, level paths and tracks. We’ll pass the monstrous Darent Flood Barrier, and the QE2 bridge looms large in the first part.
Picnic lunch en route, bring food and drink. Toilets at and near the start, and at end. Should finish by about 15.30                                                                                                !!!  No booking required, just turn up.
