Overview

Leisurely walk from Bradwell Abbey (a site of historical interest). We  then follow the brook through Loughton Valley Linear Park, alongside one side of  Lodge Lake, then continue through Loughton Valley Park to the Grumpy Cook Cafe for refreshments or bring your own if you prefer.  Return walk will follow the other side of Lodge Lake and back to Bradwell Abbey.
