Overview

Please join us for a 6.5 mile circular walk starting at Hollybush, visiting the Eastnor Obelisk, along the ridge to the Hereford beacon, British Camp Car park then back down to the lower east side of the Malverns  via Berrows Down to Hollybush..

There will be a coffee stop at British camp Car Park which also has public toilets close by.  The ridge is well drained so there should be little mud there but there could be some on the return so please wear appropriate footwear. There is some undulation and steps up and down to the Hereford beacon ridge so walk is classified as Moderate. Please note that this walk has 975ft of ascent/descent so is hillier than many of our Thursday walks There are however no stiles en route. Please bring a drink and snack for the mid-walk break.

Note that the A449 is closed between the A4104  and Jubilee drive until April
