We are the Biddulph Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We head north west along narrow country lane to Hassall Green. ( This lane can be narrow in parts and care is needed. ) Then on field paths via Dean Hill and Bechton House to join the South Cheshire Way back through Thurlwood to the Horseshoe Inn.
This is not a pub walk but as the publican has given permission for free parking we are sure that anyone taking refreshments afterwards would be most welcome.
Please note that because of adverse weather effecting the state of the field paths your leader has altered the route. The return from Hassall Green will now be along the Salt Line.
