Overview

A wonderful walk over Howbarrow and through fields and woods to Cartmel . Then climbing up to Hampsfell which is a recognized Wainwright Outlying Fell known for the "Hospice," a square stone shelter built in 1846 at its summit, which offers panoramic views over to Morecambe Bay from its rooftop.  Then finally walking back down to Grange over Sands Train Station.
