Overview

Join us for a lovely walk around the north Hertfordshire countryside, starting in the village of Ickleford and making our way via open field footpaths and bridleways to the Oughton Head nature reserve. Here we will walk along side the River Oughton and, hopefully, encounter English Longhorn cattle used to maintain the common land. We will then return to Ickleford, where we can take refreshments at the Plume of Feathers PH.
