Overview

We will start at Ilam Hall car park (National Trust car park fees apply) and cross parkland before entering the beautiful village of Ilam leading to muddy farmland before arriving at Dovedale car park. The next section of the walk will be along the banks of the river Dove, crossing Coldwall Bridge(approx 1726) before walking back towards Ilam. Farmland and muddy yet again.
