Overview

The walk takes us towards the Coast Guard Cottages with beautiful views of the Seven Sisters and Cuckmere Haven. We then continue via The Vanguard Way to Seven Sisters Country Park for our coffee break.
The walk then continues into West Dean and follows the river Cuckmere along the valley under High and Over and the White Horse returning to the car park via Chyngton Farm

Several styles, a pleasant not too challenging down land walk.
