Overview

This downland walk starts by heading east along Ringwood Bottom towards Willingdon. We join the inland route of the South Downs Way with fine views over Eastbourne and Pevensey Bay before heading to Bourne Hill and from there the village of Jevington. We make the return journey through Friston Forest via Long Brow, Snap Hill and Friston Place. There is a little mud here and there a couple of stiles to negotiate as well as one or two quite steep gradients.
