Finish of your weekend with a short walk from the Bridgewater Monument to Ivinghoe Beacon and back. This walk will take us through the Ashridge woods, and up the hill to the Beacon, where weather permitting we might get a glimpse of the beginning of the sunset. We then head back along rolling hills back towards the monument.
Bridgewater monument itself has ample free parking, however it can be a bit of a trek from the car park to the monument so please arrive a bit early so you have time to walk to the meeting point.
Meeting point is outside the Visitors Centre/Cafe next to the monument.
