Overview

Inverness Young Walkers (Sub Group of Inverness)

Dip your feet in Loch Ussie (cozzies optional!) in this walk starting from Dingwall. We follow the track up to Knockbain farm with views across to the iron age hill fort site and Ben Wyvis, then along to Knockfarrel and a gentle descent to the loch to eat our packed lunches by the waterside. Then it’s through Ussie and Tollie woods where you may see red kites. Dropping down to Strathconon and on to Maryburgh. Pub stop at The Cottage. Option to get bus back to Dingwall or walk.
