Overview

Join Inverness Young Walkers on a walk following the River Spey out from Aviemore and along the Speyside Way back!

We'll meet at the train station in Aviemore and walk through the town, then head along a woodland down to the river. We will stop for a picknick lunch somewhere along the way, might see some birds, and at about the half-way point head back towards Aviemore along the Speyside Way.

The walk is a mix of tarmac (pavement), god footpaths and (potentially quite overgrown grass. Please wear sturdy footwear as the ground may be wet and muddy.
