Inverness Young Walkers (Sub Group of Inverness)
Nothing like an evening beach walk to chill out and embrace this amazing coastline on our doorstep! We will take the higher path along the coast from Rosemarkie and come back via the the beach taking in the stunning rock formations along the way. If you have never walked with a group before, this is an ideal starter walk. Although there is an initial short climb up steps, the terrain is fairly flat. The return along the beach is easy going until we reach the soft sand near the end.
The start and end times of this walk is to fit with public transport so if arriving by car, please arrive on time.

Meeting point is at the car park off Mill Road. Public transport - Catch the 5:20pm, no. 26 bus (for Cromarty). Alight at the Spar shop in Rosemarkie. Walk further along the road towards the Plough Inn. The meeting point is directly opposite. Return bus is at 7:48pm from the Spar.
