We will celebrate Jane Austen’s 250th Birthday with a pleasant circular walk starting from opposite the Jane Austen House Museum. Jane's actual birth date was 16/12/1775 and today we will be following in her footsteps from Chawton Village to Farringdon. Our walk will take us through some beautiful countryside with some hills and ascents and there are some busy road crossings to negotiate. We should expect some mud, especially if we have had recent wet weather.
Refreshments are available at the end of the walk in the cafe or pub. Dogs on leads most welcome.
