We are the West Kent Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Cudham circular ~ moderate 10 miles/16.1 km with Julian and Tilly. Dogs welcome.
Meet at 10:15 to leave by 10:30 from the triangular traffic island in the middle of Farnborough Village at junction of High Street and Church Road BR6 7DB, returning by 16:00. Parking by shops on the High Street and on nearby residential roads but avoid the church car park which is busy with congregations and dog walkers.
10 mile circular walk from Farnborough Village to Cudham then Single Street, Luxted, Downe and back to Farnborough Village, taking in part of High Elms Country Park and several picturesque woods and fields with a few steep uphill / downhills as we criss-cross local valleys. Bring a pack lunch and we may stop for drinks at The Blacksmiths Arms, Cudham and / or one of the two pubs in Downe Village along the way.
Meeting point is the triangular traffic island in the middle of Farnborough Village at junction of High Street and Church Road.
