Overview

A moderate, but leisurely paced, 6.5mile circular walk, taking you through a nature reserve, which is a mix of ancient woodland, farmland and fields. The park has a ruined moated manor house within it. This is a varied walk of both woodlands and pavements with lots to be seen throughout. We will have a leisurely picnic stop of 1 hour at Petts Wood where there’s a pub with a large outside sitting area, and also cafes and other shops located around. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please be aware that there are horses and steps up and down over railway lines on route.

Please note that this is now a ULEZ Zone area.
