Overview

To Loch Ore west side, then along the south side. Leave the loch side on a path through fields (possibly cattle) towards Lochgelly, then via the Cartmores and Lumphinnans Farm to Swan Pond. Finally via the Cowdenbeath Community Garden to Cowdenbeath High Street.
