Overview

The first section of the walk from the car park follows the Kerry Ridgeway, a regional trail with far reaching views across the Upper Severn and Teme valleys. The route goes around the Bryn Coch Hill and along the ridge of Cilfaesty Hill, an open access area of moorland with skylarks and other birds. The final section of the walk is along farm tracks with a short road section and up through a wood back to the car park.
