Overview

This is a relatively easy walk along broad forest tracks which makes it great for relaxed conversation. The walk starts from the car park just off the A72, just after Castle Craig if travelling from the west. At first the track leads through open forest, but soon opens up to an area where the trees have been felled and some new ones have been planted. There is a gradual climb until the track turns sharply under Wether Law to start the return journey. At this stage it is possible to see right across to the Pentland Hills.
