Starting from Cocklemoor Car Park, Langport the route follows mainly field paths with some minor roads; 4 stiles; great views from the Aller ridge.

Optional lunch beforehand at Kitchen at the Wharf, Great Bow Yard, Langport TA10 9PN. Booking advised.
