Overview

We will start from Lathom Park at the War Horse Memorial. We pass Lathom Chapel then follow paths and tracks across farm land to pass the remains of Burscough Priory and Needless Inn. Part  of the route ifollows the route the horses would have taken from Ormskirk to the remount station in Lathom Park.
