Overview

Visit 'Poppies on the Pier' - Southend Pier will be decorated with 70000 knitted and crocheted poppies for Remembrance Day. Walk from Leigh-on-Sea rail station to the pier and up/down the pier. Return by train from Southend Central (£2.20) or walk independently (additional 3.4 miles). Charge for Pier entry £3.10 (£2.10 for over 60s).
