Today’s walk explores two contrasting Cotswold landscape types - open, undulating spaces with big skies and steep, narrow wooded valleys.
Walking mainly on field paths we will encounter some stiles, some short steep sections and possibly the occasional fallen tree. Hopefully, by the end of March and the beginning of summer time, the mud battle will be coming to an end .
Our lunch stop will be in the pretty village of Kingscote with the possibility of visiting Hunters’ Inn for those who wish.
